ACE LIBERIA

Africa Community Exchange (ACE) began with a group of concerned, former Liberian residents now living in the United States who wanted to make a contribution to the country that had positively impacted their lives.

 

Liberia had experienced 14 years of civil war that resulted in human despair and destruction.  The group decided to create a non-profit organization that would serve as a bridge to connect Liberia education and health entities to resources that would help build capacity and improve quality of service.  In 2007, ACE was incorporated and qualified as a charitable organization, making gifts to it tax deductible.

 

Our goal is to facilitate resources and funding for selected educational, health, and livelihood projects. We have targeted the African country of Liberia as our initial focus.  ACE programs and operations are conducted and supported in the U.S. and Liberia.
